Perga Liners- Combi-Box

Perga Liners Combi-Box includes 2 types of pencils to use for a dry technique or wet technique. The dry techniques you would use only the basic pencil that has an oil based led. The wet technique uses both the Basic and Aquarelle pencils. You would apply a base layer with perga liner B and paint with perga liner A.
